Natural Cotton Twill Fabric – Heavyweight Structured Dressmaking Fabric
This natural cotton twill fabric is a high-quality, heavyweight dressmaking fabric with excellent structure, making it ideal for more tailored sewing projects.
The fabric features a clear diagonal twill weave, giving it strength, durability and a slightly structured handle while still being comfortable to wear. The natural beige colour makes it a versatile wardrobe staple that works beautifully for classic, utilitarian and modern designs.
Made from 100% cotton and measuring 160cm (63 inches) wide, this fabric is wider than standard dressmaking cottons, making it economical for garments that require more pattern pieces or careful layout.
This fabric has a more substantial weight, so it holds its shape well and is particularly suited to structured and tailored makes.
Size Guide
All fabric is cut to order. Multiple quantities will be cut in one continuous length.
Half Metre - 150cm x 50cm (59" x 19")
One Metre - 150cm x 100cm (59" x 39")
Care Instructions
Machine wash warm with like colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on a medium setting. Use warm iron if necessary.
