The Toybox Treasures fabric collection in soft pink and sage is full of nostalgic details — from teddy bears to vintage buttons and cosy knit textures. Festival season calls for fun outfits… so of course I made my own! 🎪✨ In this video I’m sharing some of the me-made pieces I’ve worn to festivals over the years – including butterfly wings, sequins, crochet, personalised denim shorts and some of my favourite handmade festival looks. If you accidentally buy too much fabric for a sewing project… don’t stash it. You know it will stay there for the foreseeable. I used the same brown cord to make an Aspen dress and a Simi skirt — and honestly, sewing it straight away was the best decision. Two garments. One fabric. In this video I’m sewing two versions of a tablet case – a simple Kindle cover and a slightly more involved iPad case with a pocket and flap. They’re very similar projects, so instead of splitting them into two separate videos, I’ve kept them together with a short intro between each version so you can jump straight to the one you want to make. I’ve used my Procraftination fabric collection for the iPad case, because this was the exact tool I used to turn my drawings into repeating patterns – it felt right to give it a proper job to do. This project is perfect if you want something practical, giftable, and adaptable to different devices.
